What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know the customer, their needs and ideas for the project. Then discussing time and their budget to deliver the best of our service to them. Quality is something we don’t need to talk about. It’s always 100%!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Friends brought me into the business to help, but i liked it so much that I wanted flooring installation to be my profession.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Gustavo is a civil engineer. So he has a huge knowledge about materials and mathematics. Plus great experience in this area.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Residencial and commercial.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Footage: how big is the area for installation or replacement? Time: how long do we have available to get the job done? Material: what kind of flooring are they looking for?
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Time, money and quality!
